These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the Community Board advertising sponsorships we offer. By submitting an inquiry or purchasing a sponsorship, you agree to these Terms.
Overview
Next Level Community Marketing LLC provides local Community Board advertising sponsorships to businesses across Wheaton, North Aurora, and the Chicago suburbs.
The Community Board Sponsorship
Our primary product is a 12-month Community Board advertising sponsorship priced at $600. Each sponsorship includes:
- One exclusive advertising spot for your business category on a selected Community Board.
- Professional design, printing, and installation of your ad card by our team.
- Maintenance of your ad card for the full 12-month term.
- Category exclusivity — no competing business in your category on the same board.
- Placement inside a trusted neighborhood business with regular local foot traffic.
Ad cards are produced to the board's standard size and format. You will review and approve the design proof before printing.
Payment
The full sponsorship fee of $600 is due before design and production begin, unless we agree to a different arrangement in writing. Pricing is subject to change for new or renewed sponsorships.
Ad Content & Approval
You are responsible for providing accurate business and contact information for your ad. We reserve the right to decline or request changes to ad content that is unlawful, misleading, or inconsistent with the board's community standards. You approve the final proof before we print and install.
Placement & Installation
We select, install, and maintain Community Boards inside host businesses. While you may request a preferred location and category, final placement depends on availability. We confirm the board location and category before production.
Term & Renewal
Each sponsorship runs for 12 months from the installation date. We will notify you before your term ends with options to renew. Renewal is not automatic.
Host Locations
Community Boards are hosted by independent neighborhood businesses. Hosts are responsible only for providing display space; we are responsible for the board, ad cards, and maintenance.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your business name, logo, and ad content that you provide. We retain ownership of the Community Board, its design, and materials we produce. You grant us a limited license to display your approved ad content on the board for the sponsorship term.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any sponsorship is limited to the amount you paid for that sponsorship. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for business results from your advertisement.
Termination
We may remove an ad card that violates these Terms or applicable law. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in DuPage County, Illinois.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
